Charles "Chuck" Dale Sterner

Charles "Chuck" Dale Sterner, 55, of Meadville, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at home, surrounded by his family.

Chuck was born in Trenton, NJ, on July 19, 1965, a son of the late William Robert and Myrtlette (Bromley) Sterner, Sr.

On April 4, 1998 Chuck married Linda M. Longstreth; she survives.

He was of the Methodist faith. Chuck was employed by Griffin Motors for more than 23 years and took pride in his detailing work. He was known as a "jack of all trades" by many. He will be sadly missed.

In addition to his wife, Linda, Chuck is survived by three children Ann Nichols (Phillip), Brenda Greenawald (William), Jack Daniels McCaffrey, all of Meadville; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild with two on the way; a sister Holly Sterner (companion William LeMaster) of Tidioute; two brothers William Robert Sterner, Jr. of Titusville, Guy Norman Sterner (Cindy) of Lincolnville; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at First Christian Church, 503. N. Main Street, Meadville, with Pastor Jim Gibson officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE.
