John R. Barnes

John R. Barnes, 65, of Meadville, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023.

John was born in Meadville, on January 15, 1958, a son of Shirley (Bullers) and the late Joseph D. Barnes.

John was a graduate of Meadville Area High School. He was a Tool and Die maker his entire career working for himself in the earlier years, and most recently for different shops in the Meadville area.

John is survived by his daughters Callie Lake (Michael Daisley) of Bluffton, SC, Frankie Lake, his mother Shirley Barnes, brothers Doug Barnes (Carrie), and Tom Barnes (Linda) all of Meadville.

In addition to his father, John was preceded in death by his siblings Peggy Larsen and Jim "JB" Barnes.
