Madeline P. Simonetta

Madeline P. Simonetta, 100, of 134 Azalea St., Tavernier, FL, formerly of Meadville, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018 at Mariners Hospital, Tavernier, FL.
 
Madeline was born in Meadville, on October 5, 1917, a daughter of the late Alessandro and Josephine (Tino) Euliano.
 
On June 11, 1936 Madeline married Patrick L. Simonetta; he preceded her in death on July 5 1995. 
 
Madeline enjoyed being a homemaker and was a wonderful Mother to four unique children.  She was beloved by so many family members and friends and was a constant joy and blessing to all who knew her. While living in Meadville she was a faithful member of St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church.  She was also a member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the Reale Club. 
 
Madeline is survived by a daughter Patricia A. Simonetta of Florida, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a great great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. 
 
In addition to her parents and her husband, Patrick, of 59 years, Madeline was preceded in death by two daughters Frances Marie Simonetta, Marie Jo Pears, a son Peter J. Simonetta, Sr., three sisters Marie Kosturick, Theresa Anselmo, Alice Hall, three brothers Dr. John Euliano, Thomas Euliano, Charles Euliano and her life long friend Theresa Perrotto.
 
Private visitation will be held.
 
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 5, 2018,  at St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church, 1085 Water St., Meadville, with Fr. Tom Trocchio, Parochial Vicar, officiating.
 
Private burial will take place following the mass. 
 
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Meadville", 2115 W. 38th St., Erie, PA  16508.
