Adah M. Van Guilder-Fromknecht

Adah M Van Guilder-Fromknecht has gone home to the Father. She will be reunited with her husband Donald J Fromknect who passed in December of 2003. Survived by four children  Samuel Pollizi, Roseanna Pollizi, Victoria Fromknecht-Kay and Randy Fromknecht. At the age of 83 she passed in the afternoon of April 4,2017 at the AristaCare-Park Avenue Nursing Home in Meadville. She also had six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

Adah was born in Grand Valley, Pennsylvania June 11, 1933 and had two other sisters Lilly and Lucille. She was a strong person with many talents in writing, gardening, being an antique dealer and had a special way with animals. Family and friends will remember her shrewd card playing and her talents as a wonderful cook. It was hard for us to watch her last days of suffering but she is at rest now in the hands of our Lord and Savior.

Funeral Services will be held at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 14th, with Rev. Jeff Conley, Pastor of Meadville Alliance Church, officiating.

Adah will be laid to rest in Saegertown Cemetery Hayfield Twp.
