Andrew John Dillenkofer

Andrew John Dillenkofer, 19, of 10464 Hollis Rd., Meadville, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017, at Meadville Medical Center.

Andrew was born in Meadville, on July 1, 1998, a son of Herbert John and Pamela Lynn (Gray) Dillenkofer.

Andrew had attended West End Elementary School, Meadville Middle School, Meadville High School and Hyde School in Connecticut and received his adult diploma from the Crawford County READ Program. He was enrolled to begin classes at Laurel Technical Institute. As a youngster he enjoyed swimming and later developed a love for snow boarding. He especially enjoyed traveling to and swimming in the ocean.

In addition to his parents Herbert and Pamela Dillenkofer, Andrew is survived by his maternal grandfather Gary Gray of Saegertown, his aunt Kay McKinney and her husband Randy of Youngsville, two cousins Matthew McKinney of Utah, Amy McKinney of Maine and his beloved dog Angel.

Andrew was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Roberta Gray, paternal grandparents Herbert R. and Helen L. Dillenkofer.

Private services will be held at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, with Pastor Jamie Huselton of Cornerstone Church of God officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Church of God, 18320 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
