Anna M. Constantinovich, 94, of 20881 State Hwy. 198, Saegertown, formerly of 17693 S. Mosiertown Road, Saegertown, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Crawford County Care Center, Saegertown.

Anna was born in West Virginia on March 19, 1923, a daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Pangerc) Kralj Sr.

On June 12, 1948 Anna married Michael Constantinovich, he preceded her in death on April 7, 1992.

She was an active member of St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church and it's Altar Rosary Society.

Anna retired from Meadville Medical Center, formerly know as Spencer Hospital, where she had been employed as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of the Eat and Travel Club and the Hayfield Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary.

Anna is survived by two daughters Pat Constantinovich, Carolyn Keltner and her husband Jim both of Saegertown, a son Michael Constantinovich and his wife Cathy of Meadville, three grandchildren Michelle Keltner, Matthew Keltner and Jenna Constantinovich, a sister Angeline Adams of Meadville, a brother John Kralj of Meadville, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, her husband Michael of 43 years, Anna was preceded in death by two brothers Frank Kralj and Peter Kralj, Jr.

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 - 12 on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT STREET, MEADVILLE.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 PM on Saturday at St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, 383 Arch Street, Meadville, with Fr. Tom Trocchio, Parochial Vicar, officiating.

Anna will be laid to rest next to her husband, Michael, in St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.

Anna's family would like to thank Dr. Ronald Unice and the staff of the Crawford County Care Center for the excellent care and kindness shown towards Anna since her admission, both Dr. Jack Peterson, Dr. Chris Thomas and staffs for providing compassionate care and never being too busy to listen, Gary and Barb Keltner and family, Lacy Harrington and sons Logan and Cameron for adopting Anna as their grandmother.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, 383 Arch St., Meadville, PA 16335 or Hayfield Volunteer Fire Dept., 15417 State Hwy. 98, Meadville, PA 16335 or the Crawford County Care Center Activity Department, 20881 State Hwy 198, Saegertown, PA 16433.
