Ardith Lingo

Ardith Lingo, 91, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012 after a brief illness.
She was born on September 25, 1921 to Daniel and Leota Jordan. She was the oldest of four children and spent the majority of her life based in Meadville with her husband Robert Lingo, who preceded her in death in 1983. Later she spent winters at her home in Venice, FL, eventually moving there permanently. She enjoyed spending time with her extended family and friends. She traveled extensively throughout her life and had a special interest in playing golf. She was a member of the Meadville Country Club, the Iroquois Boating and Fishing Club, Conneaut Lake, and the Plantation Golf and Country Club of Venice, FL.
Ardith is survived by her sisters June Wade and Faye Kleckner, by a brother Chalmer Jordan, numerous nieces, nephews and their children.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
