Brenda Ann Pero

Brenda Ann Pero, 64, of 9355 Franklin St., Meadville, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Meadville Medical Center.

Brenda was born in Meadville, on August 9, 1950, a daughter of Josephine "Josie" (Tartaglione) Morris and the late Roy "John" Morris.

On June 21, 1969 Brenda married Angelo Pero; he survives.

She was a member of St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church, Meadville.

Brenda graduated from Meadville High School in 1968. For 35 years she and her husband, Angelo, co-owned Pero Electric. She enjoyed reading, shopping and going to the casinos with her family. The holidays were very special to her and she enjoyed celebrating them with her family. She was an outstanding cook, especially of Italian foods. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, extended family and most especially her grandsons.

In addition to her husband, Angelo, of 45 years, Brenda is survived by two daughters Jamie L. Pero-Munson and her husband Danny of Meadville, Angela R. (Pero) Annibale and her husband Phil of Saegertown, two grandsons Bryce and Cole Annibale, her mother, Josephine Morris, two sisters Joni Tautin and her husband Rick, Rhona Newell and her husband Joe, a brother John R. Morris and his wife Tiffany, a sister-in-law Eleonora Morris, all of Meadville, several aunts, uncles, cousins, life long friends, nieces and nephews with whom she was very close.

In addition to her father, Brenda was preceded in death by a still born son, two still born grandsons and a brother, James A. Morris.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 3-7 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where a Scripture Service will be held at 3:00 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church, 1085 Water St., Meadville, at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 with Fr. Matthew Kujawinski, Pastor, officiating.

Brenda will be laid to rest in St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.
