Charles Christopher Boyer

Charles Christopher Boyer, age 73, of Meadville, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022.

He was born in Little Rock, AR on February 4, 1949, to the late James and Jo Anne Myers Boyer.

He had been employed at many jobs during his life, including Oil Well Supply and Oil City Glass Co. in Oil City, retiring from the local area Machine Shop industry. He enjoyed spending time with friends, the outdoors, wildlife, fishing, and his cherished pet dog “Girly”.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Rothacher Boyer; his sister Patricia Tarr and husband Donald Jr.; sons, Rodney Boyer and wife Diane, Eric Boyer and wife Tammy, Chad Boyer and wife Desiree, Shawn Boyer and fiancé Seneca Irwin; daughters, Kristy Boyer Gray, Tefanie Jackson and husband Cody, Christina (Chrissy) Rothacher and Jesse Rothacher; cousin, Robert (Bob) Coulter and wife Patty; 28 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren

In addition to his parents James and Jo Anne Boyer he was preceded in death by grandsons Cody G. Shingledecker and Trysten Joel Boyer; and granddaughter Breyanne Faith Boyer.

A private memorial will take place at the convenience of the family.
