Christine E. Williams

Christine E. Williams, 80, of Meadville, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022, at Wesbury UMC.

Christine was born in Meadville, on November 1, 1941, a daughter of the late Elmer and Elizabeth (Higby) Keisel.

On June 2, 1962 Christine married Willis Duane Williams; he preceded her in death on March 26, 2002.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Following her graduation from Meadville High School, Christine worked for the former W. T. Grants, G. C. Murphys and Quality Markets. Her greatest enjoyment came from time spent with family and caring for her cat.

Christine is survived by two children Robin Urquhart (Ron), Todd Williams (Christine) both of Meadville; four grandchildren Nathan Williams, Kayla Boehm, Erica Boehm, Cameron Williams; one great grandchild; a sister Kathy Brooks (Daniel) of TN; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother Leroy Keisel.

Family and friends are invited to call Friday, September 2, 2022, from 2-3 PM at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT STREET, MEADVILLE, where the Funeral Service will follow at 3 PM with Rev. Jeff Conley officiating.

Christine will be laid to rest with her husband in Williams Cemetery.
