Connie E. Bach, 81, of 16732 Kebort Hill Rd., Meadville, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at home.
Connie was born in Franklin, on September 22, 1933, a daughter of the late Shirley T. and Alice Q. (Anderson) Burton.
On December 10, 1976 Connie married Thomas John Bach; he survives. She had previously been married to Charles Faloney, Sr. and William Mowery who both preceded her in death.
She was a member of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, Meadville, and while spending the winters in Florida, she faithfully attended Our Lady of Grace Catholic Parish in Avon Park.
In 1999 Connie retired from General Nutrition Center (GNC) of Meadville where she had been employed as a Senior Store Manager for 18 years. She previously had been employed by Williamson GMC Dealership and Garage, Greenville, prior to moving to Meadville to marry her husband, Tom. She grew up in the Pittsburgh area where she attended Pittsburgh Schools. Connie was a member of Vernon Central Ladies Auxiliary. Her hobbies included floral arranging and traveling to Las Vegas where she enjoyed going to the casinos and to Avon Park, FL during the winter with her husband. Connie loved spending time with her family especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband Thomas of 38 years, Connie is survived by three children Charles Faloney of Hermitage, Sandra Minshull and her husband Fred of Greenville, William Scott Mowery and his wife Suzanne of Jamestown, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, a son in law Eric Miller of Brookfield, OH, numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by a daughter Linda Coxson Miller, two brothers William Burton and Ralph Burton.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 4, 2014, from 12-2 PM at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM, with Joe Kaufer, Chaplain of Southern Care Hospice, officiating.
Interment will take place in Bethel Cemetery, Franklin.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
