Daniel W. Foulk

Daniel W. Foulk, 51, of 8991 Lake Lane, Meadville, passed away Sunday, August 14th, 2011 at UPMC Montefiore, Pittsburgh.
Daniel was born in Meadville on October 22, 1959, a son of Ruth (Wynn) Foulk and the late Warren W. Foulk.
He was a member of High Street Community Church, Conneaut Lake, where he also attended Bible Study.
Daniel volunteered his time for Meadville Medical Transport. Over the years he had been employed by the Home Place, Erie, as a stock person for Care Super Discount, and as a sales agent for American General Insurance. A 1978 graduate of Meadville High School, Daniel had also attended schools in Colorado and California before moving to Meadville for his senior year. He went on to further his education by graduating from Slippery Rock University where he majored in Psychology and Business.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Ruth Foulk, of Meadville.
In addition to his father, Warren W. Foulk, Daniel was preceded in death by a brother Edward Warren Foulk.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 18th, 2011 with Rev. Dr. David Meckley, Pastor of High Street Community Church, officiating.
Interment will take place in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
