Dianne E. Buchhalter

Dianne E. Buchhalter, 70, of 20856 Parkway Dr., Meadville, passed away Sunday, June 2nd, 2013 at Meadville Medical Center.

Dianne was born in Meadville, on May 27, 1943, a daughter of the late Robert Floyd and Beatrice Mae (Carbaugh) Byham.

She was of the Methodist Faith.

Over the years Dianne had been employed by General Dynamics of Massachusetts, American Meter Company and Firch Baking Company, both of Erie. She was a 1961 graduate of McDowell High School. Dianne was a member of Vernon Township Womens Club and of the Senior Center of Meadville. Her hobbies included making ceramics, cooking and decorating for Christmas.

Dianne is survived by a son August R. Buchhalter and his wife Sarah of Frederick, MD, her aunt June Hough, three cousins Virginia A. Grippi, Peggy Linz, Geraldine Wensel and her close companion Carl Krihwan, all of Meadville.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, from 11-1 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM with Kenneth Hough, Pastor of Watson Run Church of God, officiating.

Interment will take place in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Vernon Twp.
