Donna M. Wise

Donna M. Wise, 81, of Meadville, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at home surrounded by her family.

Donna was born in Meadville, on July 5, 1938, a daughter of the late George and Janet (Huss) Kiser.

On October 23, 1955 Donna married Bernard M. Wise; he survives.

Donna was affiliated with New Beginnings Church of God, Meadville.

Following her employment with Meadville Forge, Donna worked at Kwik Fill on Rt. 77 in Meadville. In her earlier years she was employed by the former Warren Industries and Oneida Electronics. She was a graduate of Saegertown High School. She enjoyed gardening, but her greatest joy in life was time spent with family, especially following the activities of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed.

In addition to her husband, Bernard, of 64 years, Donna is survived by three children, Deborah Ashbaugh of Meadville, Cliff Wise (Wendy) of Saegertown, Kimberly Shaw (Jim) of Townville; nine beloved grandchildren Tina Jordan (Steve), Joe Wise, Shawn Ashbaugh, Darin Ashbaugh (Kristen), Jennifer Ross (Bryan), Scott Ashbaugh (Jessica), Brian Ashbaugh (fiance Marrina), Todd Shaw (Clairee), Travis Shaw (companion Alene); 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren whom she adored; seven sisters Janice Boyer, Sandra Newhard both of Meadville, Linda Roth (William) of Centerville, Karon Runyan, Diana Moyer (Jerry), Annette Newhard (Michael) all of Saegertown, Pamela Curtis (Kim) of Conneautville, three brothers Rick Kiser (Dawn), twins Randy Kiser, Ronnie Kiser, all of Saegertown; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by a son in law Ed Ashbaugh; two brothers in law William Runyan, Victor Wise; two nephews Eric Newhard, Mike Wise; and a great niece Ashley Wise.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service at 6:00 PM on Friday, June 18, 2021, at New Beginnings Church of God, 13226 Leslie Road, Meadville, with Pastor Julie Lamberson officiating.

Memorial Contributions may be made in Donna's memory to New Beginnings Church of God 13226 Leslie Road Meadville, PA 16335 or Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty St., both in Meadville, PA 16335.
