Gertrude I. Barickman

Gertrude I. Barickman, 78, of 1120 Market St., Apt. 201, Meadville, passed away Monday, October 31st, 2011, at Meadville Medical Center.
Gertrude was born in Meadville on January 4, 1933, a daughter of the late Lester and Goldie M. (Herman) Haun.
On October 29, 1960 Gertrude married Richard K. Barickman; he preceded her in death on January 30, 1994.
Gertrude had been employed as a Nurses Aide at the former Mead Nursing Home for 24 years. She attended Saegertown schools.
Gertrude is survived by two sons Gary R. Barickman and his fiance Cheri Gray, Wilburt L. Barickman and his wife Tammy both of Meadville, four granddaughters Crystal Barickman, Tiffany Barickman and her fiance Ben Schlipf, Britney Barickman, Bridget Barickman, a sister Velva Burge and her husband Kenneth of Saegertown, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband Richard of 33 years, Gertrude was preceded in death by two brothers Frank 'Red' A. Haun, Sr. and Harold V. Haun.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, November 3, from 2-4 and 7-9 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 330 Broad St., Saegertown, where Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday with Rev. Kenneth Custer, Pastor of Saegertown United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will take place in Greendale Cemetery, West Mead Twp.
