Helen E. Rubner, 83, of Conneaut Lake, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at Rolling Fields Eldercare Community.
Helen was born in Meadville, on September 20, 1936, a daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Guydos) Heme.
On November 28, 1952 Helen married Perry M. Rubner; he survives.
Over the years Helen was employed by the former American Viscose, Fashion Bug, Check Mate and C & J Industries. She attended Meadville schools. Helen loved music, enjoyed singing and was a member of Sweet Adelines.
In addition to her husband, Perry, of 67 years, Helen is survived by a daughter Cindy Manville of Conneaut Lake; a granddaughter Misty Cleary (Brandon); two great grandchildren Finnegan, Owen; a sister Linda Reedy of Meadville, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by a son Perry Rubner, a brother Paul Heme, two sisters Frances Cooper and Lambie Godwin.
Services are private.
