Hugh Nesbitt

Hugh Nesbitt died in Saegertown, PA, on the 27th of January, 2021.

He was born in Greeley, CO, to E. Marcellus Nesbitt and Helen P. Nesbitt and moved to Beaver, PA in 1941. He attended Beaver schools and graduated from The Lawrenceville School in 1957. He then attended Swarthmore College, received a BS and graduated from the Harvard School of Business in 1965. He had a varied professional career, combining business with helping others.

He will be greatly missed by many, but will be joining his wife, Linda Bartz Nesbitt, and his step son, Matthew Yedlicka. He leaves his step son, Mark Yedlicka, a brother, John B. Nesbitt (Lucy) and sister Gail Nesbitt Jones (Phillip) and nephews, Eric Nesbitt, Andrew Nesbitt, Matthew Nesbitt, and nieces Abigail Hays (Morgan), Elizabeth Remnant (Keith) and Lucy Jones.

A Memorial Service will be held in the Fall at Shadyside Presbyterian Church.
