Isabelle M. Hunter

Isabelle M. Hunter, 90, of 516 Euclid Ave. Saegertown, passed away Sunday, May 8th, 2011 at Wesbury United Methodist Community.
Isabelle was born at home in Johnstown, Ohio on August 16, 1920, a daughter of the late Edgar LeRoy and Edna (Hardwidge Lake) Householder.
On August 16, 1936 Isabelle married Kenneth H. Hunter; he preceded her in death on September 11, 1991.
She was a member of Saegertown United Methodist Church.
Isabelle enjoyed being a homemaker. She was an avid card player, especially Bridge, and over the years was involved with several card clubs. Her other hobby included golfing. While growing up she attended schools in Saegertown.
Isabelle, the matriarch of her family, is survived by three children, Kenneth L. Hunter and his wife Peggy of Meadville, Dale G. Hunter and his wife Mary Lou and Becky Lawrence and her husband Charles, Jr. both of Saegertown, 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, three sisters Shirley Stevenson, Jeanette Hunt both of Meadville, Katherine Smyles of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, a brother Evron Householder of Saegertown, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband Kenneth of 55 years, Isabelle was preceded in death by an infant daughter Sheliah, a sister Edna Kebert, two brothers Edgar Dean Householder and Charles Lake.
Family and friends are invited to call Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 330 Broad Street, Saegertown, PA 16433 where Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 11th, with Rev. Kenneth Custer, pastor of Saegertown United Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will take place in Saegertown Cemetery, Hayfield Twp.
