James "Jim" A. Miller

James "Jim" A. Miller, of 7317 Vincent Road, Cochranton, PA, peacefully passed away Friday, July 3, 2020.

He was borne to the late Andy and Mintie (Bender) Miller on November 5, 1930.

He accepted Christ as his Savior, and was a faithful member of the Amish Church of Guys Mills, PA.

He was united in marriage on November 26, 1957 to Martha Gingerich; she preceded him in death on February 15, 2008, sharing the joys and sorrows of life together for over 50 years.

Surviving are his three sons and three daughters Vernon (Edna) of Cochranton, PA, Miriam (Mark) of Middlefield, OH, Freida (Dan) of Walhonding, OH, James (Linda) of Middlefield, OH, Barb of Walhonding, OH, Edwin (Leah) currently of Ukraine; 32 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters Kathryn (Harvey) Kauffman, Edward (Clara) Miller, Lydia (Melvin) Miller, Esther (John) Miller, Henry (Susan) Miller, and Andrew (Martha) Miller.

Preceding him in death were three grandchildren Steven, Barbie and Kristina.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 6, 2020 at 9:30 AM at the Michael Peachey residence, 7789 Vincent Rd., Cochranton, with Minister Willis Kauffman officiating.

Interment will be in Frenchtown Amish Cemetery, Guys Mills, PA.
