Jeffory "Jeff" A. Black

Jeffory "Jeff" A. Black, 59, of 247 1/2 Cummings St., Cambridge Springs, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019, at home.

Jeff was born in Meadville, on July 18, 1959, a son of the late Frank W. and Marie F. (Shunk) Black, Jr.

Over the years Jeff worked for various contractors including Alex Roofing. He was a 1977 graduate of Cambridge Springs High School. He enjoyed collecting coins and being outdoors. Jeff loved dogs, especially his dogs Barney and Dale. He could often be found riding his bike with Barney riding on the back; a simple pleasure that brought him joy and brought a smile to the many faces who saw them.

Jeff is survived by two sisters Deborah A. Black of Cambridge Springs, Brenda E. Jones (Tom) of Guys Mills, two brothers John L. Black (Maria) of Cambridge Springs, Terry L. Black (Barbara) of Harborcreek, seven nieces and nephews, eight great nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held.

Arrangements are under the direction of STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE.
