Jeremy Michael Mcphearson

Jeremy Michael McPhearson, 34, of Meadville, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at UPMC-Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, with his loving family by his side.

Jeremy was born in Frankfort, IN on December 23, 1980, a son of Cris D. McPhearson and the late George David Burns.

Jeremy had lived and worked at various places including Meadville, Frankfort, IN, Key West, FL, and Lakewood, NJ. He had a very special bond with his grandparents, Paul and Ruby McPhearson, as they were a big part of his life. Jeremy loved his dogs Blaze and Kaya and he could often be seen riding or walking around town with them. He was a Boston Celtics and Red Sox fan. He would rarely be seen without wearing one of his Boston caps. Jeremy loved listening to all kinds of music and he enjoyed spending time making music with his friends. A great outlet for Jeremy was when he wrote poetry and music lyrics in his journals. During his life's journey he made numerous friends whom he considered his extended family. Jeremy loved going to Phish, Bonaroo and numerous other concerts with his friends. He also enjoyed just spending time with his friends and their families. Jeremy was a compassionate friend who would do anything he could to help someone. He had a huge, loving heart and a beautiful smile with a sparkle of mischief in his green eyes. His laughter and sense of humor were one of a kind. He was a free spirit who chose his own path and lived by his own rules. The choices he made were not always understood, but he knew he was loved unconditionally. Remember Jeremy for his friendship, his laughter and his love, which will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother and step father, Cris D. and John A. Crick of Meadville, Jeremy is survived by his aunts Lynne Crick, Kim Busching and her husband Joe, cousins Myles Busching and his wife Sarah, Kiera Busching, as well as many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to his father, George David Burns, Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents Paul and Ruby McPhearson, Jack and Peg Crick.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of family.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville.
