Jestine M. Urquhart, 59, of Saegertown, passed away on March 29, 2025, at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on November 18, 1965, in Meadville, to Rose (Shay) and the late Donald Powell, Jestine touched many lives with her caring nature and unwavering spirit.

After graduating from Saegertown High School in 1983, Jestine pursued further education at the ICM School of Business, graduating in 1985. She began her professional career at Seco Warwick and later devoted over 30 years of her life to MAJR Products as a business office manager. Her varied responsibilities reflected her dedication and adaptability in the workplace.

Jestine was not only a devoted professional but also a compassionate individual with a warm heart. Known for her desire to help others and her tendency to put the needs of those around her before her own, she was a pillar of support to her family and friends. She was a member of the Saegertown American Legion Post #205 Auxiliary.

Jestine's hobbies were diverse and reflected her zest for life. She cherished her childhood memories as a member of Little Farmers 4H, developed a deep appreciation for Holstein cows, and was an avid follower of NASCAR, especially enjoying races involving Jeremy Mayfield. Dance was another passion, along with the greatest love of all—spending time with her family. Her grandson, Elliott, held a special place in her heart, and she treasured every moment spent with him.

Jestine is survived by her beloved husband, Robert of 37 years; their children, Brandon Urquhart (fiancé Amelia Light ) of Conneaut Lake, Issac Urquhart (Ashlee Irwin), and Megan Urquhart both of Saegertown; her cherished grandson, Elliott; her mother Rose Powell of Meadville; her brother, Daniel Powell (Rose Ann) of Blooming Valley; her sister, Tammy Moore (Allen) of Meadville; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald.
