Judy M. Bernoski

Judy M. Bernoski, 77, of 21347 Grange Center Rd., Saegertown, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017, at Marquette Hospice House, Meadville.

Judy was born in Timblin, on March 24, 1940, a daughter of the late Russell "Tobe" and Mary (Shumaker) Brocious.

On July 2, 1960 Judy married James Bernoski; he survives.

She was a member of St. Philips Parish, Crossingville.

After 23 years of service, Judy retired in 2000 from Pennsylvania Tool and Gage where she worked in the Polishing Department. She was a 1958 graduate of Meadville High School. Her hobbies included reading and working crossword puzzles. She loved dogs, especially her Roxie and Missy. Judy's greatest joy came from being with her family especially at sporting events. She will be sadly missed.

In addition to her husband, James, of 57 years, Judy is survived by six children Michael Bernoski of Saegertown, Steven Bernoski of Slippery Rock, Cheryl Kightlinger and her husband Roger of Saegertown, Deborah Bernoski of Oil City, Timothy Bernoski and his wife Danielle of Townville, Barbara Niemann and her husband Ryan of Guys Mills, five grandchildren Alexander Reagle, Amanda Howett, Kristen Reagle, Mathew Bernoski, Samantha Bernoski, a sister Sandy Rogers and her husband Allan of Meadville, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister Phyllis Biernacki and her husband, Stanley, and a son in law William Reagle.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM.

Judy will be laid to rest in St. James Cemetery, Edinboro.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty St. or Humane Society of Crawford County, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, both in Meadville, PA 16335.
