Latasha L. Kohlman, 34, of 7213 Church St., Pittsburgh, formerly of Meadville, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 1, 2014 at Shadyside Hospital of natural causes.

Latasha was born in Mt. Holly, NJ on November 24, 1979, a daughter of Johnny and Rose (Price) Henry.

On May 9, 2001 Latasha married Michael A. Kohlman; he survives.

While living in Meadville, she attended United Faith Fellowship Church.

For the past seven years, Latasha was employed by UPMC, where for the past year she worked as Director of Resident Care for Canterbury Place in Lawrenceville. She had previously been employed by Meadville Medical Center. In May, 2013 she received her Registered Nursing Degree from Allegheny County Community College. She had received her LPN Degree in Nursing from Crawford County Vocational School. She was a 1998 graduate of Marietta High School, Marietta, GA and had also attended Meadville schools. She was an avid reader and loved to travel.

In addition to her husband, Michael, of 13 years, Latasha is survived by three children Marquel Henry, Terrelle Kohlman, Alan Kohlman, all of Pittsburgh, her father Johnny Henry of Meadville, her mother Rose Price Nickson and her husband Kenneth, maternal grandmother Connie Price Sims both of Erie, four sisters Leteesha Coleman and her husband Nakoti of Selma, TX, Lawonna Henry of Meadville, Gabrielle Henry and Shalea Henry both of Ohio, two brothers Sedrick Henry and Johnny Henry, Jr., both of Pennsylvania, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Azzilene Brown, maternal grandfather Roosevelt Price, Sr., paternal step grand father Jack Brown and an uncle Ernest Brown.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday from 4-8 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St. Meadville.

Funeral services will be held at New Beginnings Church of God, 13226 Leslie Rd., Meadville, at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 7, 2014, with Rev. Berta Newsome Jones, Pastor of United Faith Fellowship Church, officiating.

Latasha will be laid to rest in Greendale Cemetery, West Mead Twp.
