Leroy A. Miller

LeRoy A. Miller, passed away at home on February 7, 2021, with his sister by his side. He now joins his parents in Heaven.

LeRoy was born August 23, 1973 to the late Beverly A. Miller and Ralph L. Rossey, Sr. Leroy lived in Meadville with his sister Deborah.

LeRoy was a very special and loving man. He attended UCIP following graduation from Meadville Senior High School in 1994. He loved playing guitar, watching Winnie the Pooh, fishing, doing arts and crafts. He enjoyed attending church at New Beginnings. He loved rocking in his chair with his dogs. He enjoyed volunteering at the Humane Society and Salvation Army. He loved his family very much, especially his sister, Deborah who had been his caregiver since 2005, following his mom's passing.

He is survived by two sisters Deborah Miller and Cheryl Gudenburr; three brothers William Miller, Jr. (Gail), Freddrick Miller, Sr. and Ralph Rossey, Jr. He is further survived by a multitude of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, LeRoy was preceded in death by his grandparents Cleo and Fred Robinson; a niece Cynthia (Beanie) Varner; and his big brother Dwuane "Sonny" Varner.

Family and friends are invited to call from 11-12 on Friday, February 12, 2021, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where a Memorial Service will follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Rachel Johns of Linesville Presbyterian Church officiating. CDC guidelines will be followed. For those not able to attend the service, it will be livestreamed via our facebook page (Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.)

LeRoy will be laid to rest next to his parents in Greendale Cemetery.
