Lewis Anthony SanFelice

Lewis Anthony SanFelice, 41, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, at UPMC-Hamot Medical Center, with loved ones at his side.

Lewis was born in Meadville, on June 7, 1983, a son of Sara (Smith) and the late Anthony SanFelice.

He was affiliated with St. Mary of Grace Church.

Lewis worked as a health insurance broker at the Health Insurance Store helping many families navigate through the difficult system for many years. His newfound career at US Bulk of Erie PA as the head of the recruiter department was a great achievement of his. Lewis is also a well-known bartender in the Meadville area. Lewis was extremely successful with all things numbers which navigated him to receiving his bachelor's degree in business finance from Edinboro University. From a small child Lewis has always had a passion for everything sports. He often made the newspaper for achievements in bowling at the local bowling alley as well as being a die-hard softball player on his long-time softball team. His love for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago White Sox is untouched. Music was also a huge part of his life. Jamming in the car always brought him peace. In 2017, Haili and Karter came into his life. Lewis had a profound love for watching his son, Karter, excel in many things he taught him. Sports, math, video games just to name a few of their hobbies. Lewis will always be remembered as a loving and devoted Father. His longtime girlfriend, Haili Hawthorne was the love of his life and they shared a beautiful life together. His family and friends will always remember him for his infections laugh and smile. You always knew when he entered a room. He will live on in the lives of those who received another chance at life due to donation of his organs and in the memories of those who loved him.

In addition to his mother, Sara SanFelice of Meadville, Lewis is survived by his girlfriend Haili Hawthorne and their beloved son Karter; sisters Jacqueline Simmerman (Howard) of Linesville, Suzanne Pinkhouse (Joseph) of Houston, TX, Maria SanFelice (fiance' Bob Peterson) of Meadville; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Anthony SanFelice.

Family and friends are invited to call from 3-6 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST. MEADVILLE, with a Scripture Service at 5:30 PM.

A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated 11 AM on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at St. Mary of Grace Church, 1085 Water St., Meadville, with Fr. Tom Troccio officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CCYSA, PO Box 641, Meadville, PA 16335, in honor of his beloved Karter.
