Linda Baetzhold

Linda (Damico) Baetzhold, 73, of Meadville, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 28, 2022, at home.

Linda was born in Meadville, on March 20, 1948, a daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Monarch) Damico.

On February 27, 1988 Linda married Paul Baetzhold; he survives.

She was a member of St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church, Meadville.

Following Linda's graduation from Meadville High School in 1966, she went on to graduate from the former Wil-Mar Cosmetology School in 1967. Linda started her cosmetology career by working for the former Sandy's Hair Salon and Phyllis's. In 1981 she established The Classic Look Beauty Salon with her partner, Cindi Jones. She retired in 2021. She had been a member of the Italian Civic Club (ICC) and the Meadville County Club. Linda enjoyed cooking, baking, reading and going to the gym to workout. She will be sadly missed.

In addition to her husband Paul of 34 years Linda is survived by two daughters Tracy Flynn of Raleigh, NC, Adrienne Millspaugh of Meadville; three grandchildren Gavin, Abigail and Meridith Flynn; four step-children Dean Baetzhold of CO, Daniel Baetzhold (Jeanine) of NC, Beth Ann Stephens (Kevin) NY, Barbara Ann Bell (Ian) of NC; two step grandchildren Parker Bell, Jacob Stephens; an estranged sister Dolores Higham (Dan) of Meadville; her dear friend and business partner Cindi Jones (Webster) of Meadville; several nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by a sister Mary Ann Costa.

As per Linda's wishes no services will be held.

Linda will be laid to rest in St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Linda's honor to Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute, 16792 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, PA 16335.

A special thanks is extended to Hospice of Crawford County as well as all the doctors, nurses and staff at the Barco Oncology Institute, especially Dr. Han and Nurse Holly Blair for the wonderful care and support they provided.
