Linda Lee Craig

Linda Lee Craig, 75, of Meadville, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, at UPMC-Hamot Medical Center.

Linda was born in Meadville, on October 15, 1947, a daughter of the late Robert and Betty (Kramer) Hollabaugh.

On July 1, 1966 Linda married James Lee Craig, Sr.; he preceded her in death on August 25, 2008.

Linda was a graduate of Meadville High School. In her earlier years she was employed as a telephone operator. Linda's life passion was taking care of others. In addition to caring for her own family she and her late husband were foster parents to over one hundred children over 25 years. Her hobbies included cooking and baking. She loved cats and dogs. She will be missed.

Linda is survived by three sons James Lee Craig, Jr. (Audrie) of Saegertown, Brian Lee Craig (Doreen), Kevin Lee Craig (Sonya) both of Meadville, two adopted children Elizabeth J. Craig, Brianna Craig both at home; nine grandchildren Steven Craig (Chenoa), Darren Craig, Nicholas Craig, Nathan Craig, Ethan Craig, Jessica Bailey (Michael), Callie Craig, Hunter Craig, Bailey Craig; three great grandchildren including Rocklin Bailey; and a sister Joyce Gigone of Meadville.

Family and friends are invited to call from 5-7 PM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 330 BROAD ST., SAEGERTOWN, where Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday.

Linda will be laid to rest next to her husband, Craig, in Saegertown Cemetery.
