Linda S. Miller

Linda Miller of Meadville, passed away on October 19, 2023, at Wesbury following an extended illness.

Linda was born on October 9, 1949, in Meadville, to the late Wayne and Mary (Hills) Lauderman.

She was a 1967 graduate of the former St. Agatha’s High School, Meadville. Linda worked at CHAPS, where she was instrumental in starting the Drop-In Center, as well as the ARC of Crawford County. She enjoyed overseeing the annual talent show and the musical at the ARC for many years. Known for her love of cats, she rescued and homed hundreds throughout her life. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, and friend-with a heart full of kindness, she was often guilty of caring too much.

She is survived by her husband, Robert “Square” Miller, at home; four children, Amy (Chad) Wetmore, Robert Jr. (Laura), Sean, Casey; her grandchildren, Aidan Wetmore, Alyssa (Ryan) Alexas, Nicholas (Nikki) Pears and their daughter Paisley, Robert III and Liam Miller, and Calvin and Chase Miller; her sisters, Joyce Gahan, Mary (Frank) Tavcar; brother David (Joie) Lauderman; sister in law Marlene (John) O'Day; brother in law Harry Miller Jr.; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends, including close family friend, Irma Bean.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff of Wesbury, and Gentiva Hospice, for their care and compassion over the last year.

Visitation is from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where a Scripture Service will be held at 7:30 PM.

A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday, at The Epiphany of the Lord Parish, St. Brigid Church, 383 Arch St., Meadville, with Fr. Kyle Seyler officiating.

The family suggests donations be made in Linda's memory to Anna Shelter, 1555 E. 10th St., Erie, PA 16511 or Autism Society-NWPA.
