Margaret Young

Margaret Young, 52, of 118 Pearl St., Cochranton, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Hamot Medical Center, Erie.
Margaret was born in Meadville on April 23, 1958, a daughter of the late Richard and Jean (Bortner) Shiner.
On March 31, 1978 Margaret married Lewis Young, Sr.; he survives.
Margaret attended Conneautville and Sheakleyville schools. She was a homemaker who enjoyed plastic canvas crafting, collecting peacocks and cookie jars.
In addition to her husband Lewis of 32 years, Margaret is survived by five children Tonia Williams and her husband Ray of Meadville, Lucy Young of Big Run, Lewis Young, Jr. and his wife Carla of Brockway, Sarah Young of Punxsutawney, Jessie Young at home, six grandchildren Dillon Nelson, Alayna Walker, Karen Young, Hanna Williams, Gracie Williams, Anna Williams, her step mother Janice Shiner of Conneautville, two sisters Doris Marhoefer and her husband Jim of Saegertown, Sandy Wright and her husband Kevin of Meadville, a brother Richard Shiner, Jr. and his wife Shirley of Geneva, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Rash.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of family.
