Marshall Curtis Grinnell

Marshall Curtis Grinnell, 71, of Meadville, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017, at AristaCare at Park Avenue.

Marshall was born in Meadville, on May 5, 1946, son of the late Thomas Alfred and Ona (Kightlinger) Grinnell.

Marshall had been employed by PPG Industries for more than 30 years. A US veteran, he entered the Air Force on November 13, 1964 and served his country honorably until his discharge on October 11, 1968. Marshall was a 1964 graduate of Saegertown High School where he excelled in sports. He enjoyed following sports on TV.

Marshall is survived by three children Scott C. Grinnell and his wife Melissa of Meadville, Kimberly Harvey of Cochranton, Michael L. Grinnell of South Carolina, two grandchildren, a sister Alice Tucker and her husband Darwin of Orlando, FL and their two children.

He was preceded in death by a nephew, Mark Tucker.

Private services will be held.

Marshall will be laid to rest in Anderson Cemetery.
