Martha J. Harry, 75, of 10186 Circle E. Meadville, passed away Thursday, July 15th, 2010 at Crawford County Care Center, Saegertown.
Martha was born in Meadville on August 10, 1934, a daughter of the late Matthew and Julianna (Kavulic) Wybiral.
On October 27, 1956 Martha married Ronald James Harry; he preceded her in death on October 21, 2009.
Martha attended Randolph East Mead High School. Throughout her life she worked at several jobs. In the fifties and seventies she was employed by the former Talon, Inc. She was employed by C & J Plastics, and the latest at Allegheny College in the Food Service Dept retiring in 1996. She was a member of St. Brigid Church of Meadville, being Baptized there. Later her parents moved to Guys Mills and she made her First Holy Communion and Confirmation at St. Hippolytes Church in Frenchtown. Later she moved back to St. Brigid where she served as a Church Greeter. Martha had formerly belonged to BASICS (Brothers and Sisters in Christ Services) and served on the Bereavement Committee. She loved crossword puzzles and cryptograms as well as all kinds of board games. She lived for her family.
Martha is survived by three daughters Christina Waid and her husband Larry of Meadville, Dorothy Adamcik of Meadville, Bonita Decker and her husband Jim of Bellwood, four sons Michael Harry and his wife Cindy, Jeffrey Harry, Sr. and his wife Louri both of Meadville, David Harry and his wife Tina Utica, NY, Paul Harry and his wife Vicki of Meadville, 17 grandchildren Karen Moody, Kathy DellAntonio, Stephanie Brenizer, Kimberly Motzing, Tiffany Harry, Shaun Harry, Robert Harry, Jason Armel, Kelly Armel, Julie Adamcik, David Kephart, Deborah Wilson, Chelsea Kephart, Matthew Decker, Jeff Harry, Jr., Jarrett Harry, Kaitlynne Harry, 12 great grandchildren, Lynna and Warren Brenizer, Hunter DellAntonio, Brianna Moody, Cameron Motzing, Autumn Motzing, Bryson Harry, Alaina Harry, Cassidy Harry, Brady Armel, Dylan Wilson, Preston Wilson, a sister Frances Yanc of Meadville, a brother Walter Wybiral and his wife Pat of Wichita Falls, TX, a sister-in-law Melissa Wybiral of Adamsburg, several nieces and nephews and her cat, Tigger.
In addition to her parents and her husband Ron of nearly 53 years, Martha was preceded in death by two brothers Robert and Thomas Wybiral, three sisters Mary Huzinec, Margaret Hoegerl and Emily Sexton.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday from 1-4 and 6-9 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, PA 16335 where a scripture service will be conducted at 8:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, 383 Arch St., Meadville, at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 19, 2010 with Fr. Raymond Gramata officiating.
Interment will take place in St. Hippolyte Cemetery, Frenchtown.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Marthas memory to Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home, 404 Chestnut St. or to St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, 383 Arch St., both of Meadville, PA 16335.
