Nathaniel C. Robinson

Nathaniel C. Robinson, 74, of 20881 State Hwy. 198, Saegertown, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Meadville Medical Center.

Nathaniel was born in New York City, NY on July 18, 1941, a son of the late Robert and Mildred (Long) Robinson.

In 2003 Nathaniel retired from the former Amtrak where he was employed for over 10 years. He had previously been employed by Southwestern Bell Company, later known as Verizon. A veteran of the US Air Force, Nathaniel served his country honorably. He was a 1960 graduate of Saegertown High School and attended the former St. Agatha School in his elementary years.

Nathaniel is survived by his sister, Carol Jones of Meadville, two nieces Cristin Jones of Meadville, Quanesha Robinson of New York, NY, his nephew Robert Jones of Houston, TX, his step father Elmore "Cottie" Harris of Meadville, an aunt Ruby Robinson of New York, NY, a great niece Talia Jackson of Meadville, and a host of cousins.

In addition to his parents, Nathaniel was preceded in death by two brothers John Robinson and Gregory Harris.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of family.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville.
