Nicholas Terregino, Jr.

Nicholas 'Nick' Terregino, Jr., 80, of 18701 Hank St., Meadville, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Meadville Medical Center.

Nick was born in Meadville, on November 12, 1933, a son of the late Nicholas and Rose (Deimaio) Terregino, Sr.

Nick had been married to Rena Bell King who preceded him in death. In his later years Nick and Dolores Fronce were close companions for over 20 years; she also preceded him in death.

He was a member of St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church, Meadville.

After 30 years of service, Nick retired from Conrail where he had been employed in the Meadville car shop.

He served in the U.S. Navy for eight years and later in the U.S. Army for 18 months.

Nick is survived by a daughter Kimberly Tormala of Fort Hood, TX, two granddaughters, five sisters Lily Scannell, Mary Terregino, Stella Labanowski, Rosalie Boyer all of Meadville, Josephine Luhn of Frederick, MD, many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Tracy, four brothers Nino, Tony, Joseph and Russell.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of family.

Nick will be laid to rest in St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville.
