Paul E. Bollinger

Paul E. Bollinger, 84, of Meadville, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at Embassy of Park Avenue.

Paul was born in Claridge, on March 24, 1938, a son of the late Robert L. and Freida (Evans) Bollinger.

On May 2, 1981 Paul married Madeline G. Orr; she survives.

He was a member of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, Meadville.

From 1957 until 1976 Paul was employed by the former Meadville Malleable where he was a Foundry Foreman. In his younger years he was employed by the former Lew Davies Enterprise. He attended Meadville schools. Paul enjoyed doing crafts and attending activities at the Senior Center. He also enjoyed camping with his wife, Madeline, especially at Mallard's Landing and Hemlock Campgrounds.

In addition to his wife, Madeline, of 41 years, Paul is survived by two daughters; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a daughter; a brother Lee Bollinger; two sisters Donna Braden and Jean Ford.

Family and friends are invited to call from 3-6 PM on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where a Scripture Service will be held at 5:30 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Friday at The Epiphany of the Lord Parish, St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, 353 Pine St., Meadville, with Fr. Joe Petrone, Parochial Vicar, officiating.

Paul will be laid to rest in St. Agatha Cemetery.
