Pearl M. Hershelman

Pearl M. Hershelman, 75, of 31 N. Park Ave., Meadville, formerly of A5 Manchester House, Meadville, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018 at Wesbury United Methodist Community.

Pearl was born in Oakland Twp., on March 16, 1943, a daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Renninger) Winters.

After many years of service, Pearl retired from Saeger Carbide Corp. In 1962 she graduated from Townville High School. Pearl delighted in baking with her granddaughter, cake decorating and ceramics. She enjoyed all things relating to country music. She was proud of being a member of the Spring, 2018, graduating class of Senior Scholars of Wesbury Institute for Life Long Learning.

Pearl is survived by her son, Randall N. Hershelman and his wife Roxane of Saegertown, three grandchildren Emmit, Owen and Paige, three sisters Virginia McCalmont of Baltimore, Maryland, Mary Barker and her husband Chet of Titusville, Janet McIntyre of Meadville, a brother Ronald Winters and his wife Cindy of Meadville, several nieces and nephews, as well as her many friends at Wesbury.

In addition to her parents, Pearl was preceded in death by a sister Katherine Broussard, four brothers Charles, Paul, Arthur and Theodore "Jack" Winters.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 3-6 PM at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVCIES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE.

Family and friends are also invited to call on Thursday, December 20, 2018, from 10-11 AM at Barco Chapel of Wesbury United Methodist Community, 31 N. Park Ave., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM with Chaplain Sam Marchetti officiating

Pearl will be laid to rest in Lamey Cemetery, Venango County.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Life Enrichment at Wesbury UMC, 31 N. Park Ave., Meadville, PA 16335.
