Ralph J. Piccolo

Mr. Ralph J. Piccolo, 76, 455 Chestnut St, Meadville, formerly of 17683 Semerad Road, Meadville, passed away Saturday, October 01, 2011, at Juniper Village, Meadville.
Ralph was born in Meadville, on February 23, 1935, the son of the late Guy and Mary (Cleofe) Piccolo.
On June 2, 1992 Ralph retired from the City of Meadville Water Department where he had been employed for 22 years. He later was employed as a part time bar tender at the Holiday Inn as well as other local establishments. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Ralph served his country during the Korean Conflict and received his GED through the service. He was a life-time member of the Italian Civic Club and a member of St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church.
Ralph is survived by three children Guy Piccolo, Cherie Anderson both of Meadville, Mary Frances Ruland and her husband Nick of Ft. Myers, FL, four grandchildren Charles Anderson and his wife Leslie, Heather Anderson, Hannah and Madison Ruland and a great grandson Chase Carlise Anderson.Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, October 10, 2011, from 4-6 at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 PM with Fr. Mark OHern, Pastor of St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, officiating.
Entombment will take place at St. Brigid Cemetery, West Mead Twp.
