Auggie loved Bedford County and hanging out at Tony's Bar in Riddlesburg. Over the years he had been a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars both in Bedford and Crawford Counties. Auggie was always the life of the party, he had a wonderful personality and will always be remembered as being a jokester, He took great pride in being "silver" for over 35 years. Auggie loved the outdoors, whether he was mowing his yard, hunting or fishing. He loved his wife's cooking, especially her desserts. It could be said that Auggie not only had a "sweet tooth" but a full mouth of "sweet teeth". He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
