Stephanie L. Rigby

Stephanie L. Rigby passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 surrounded by her family. 

Stephanie was born on December 4, 1969 in Dunkirk, New York. 

She is survived by her husband, Richard Rigby, mother Jean Fortney; two children Ashley (Jordan) Imm and Jason Lancaster; and four grandchildren. Also survived by her brother and sister and many nieces and nephews.

Stephanie has worked in radio sales for about 30 years which she enjoyed very much. She started her career as a sales representative, but by the end of her career, she was the general manager of two markets. Her ambition and strong-willed personality helped her to achieve many things during her life that she was passionate about. However, what she loved most was her family and traveling with them to create many special memories. She was the most compassionate person, always putting other people first. Her positive energy would always brighten a room. She was a very strong woman who fearlessly battled breast cancer for 3 1/2 years. 

On January 6, 2024 Stephanie held a wonderful celebration of life party. There will be no funeral or viewing services.
