Theresa A. Wykoff

Theresa A. Wykoff, “Terry”, 75, passed away on March 1, 2024.

She was born April 14th, 1948 in Meadville, PA, a daughter of John Myers and Helen (Pontillo) Myers.

She went to Case Western in Cleveland and had a degree in Medical Technology. She worked at Meadville Hospital laboratory and then Greenville Hospital until her retirement.

Terry was preceded in death by her mother, father and a nephew, Lenny Myers.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Elton “Skip” Wykoff; her daughter Kimberly M. Wykoff; a step son R. Douglas Wykoff; two brothers, Lou and John Myers; and a niece, Lynette Olson.

Terry had numerous hobbies and enjoyed competition which included golf, racquetball, biking, running, walking, working in her flower gardens and staying physically fit. Playing golf with her friends was one of her favorite pastimes. She also enjoyed competing in dog obedience contests showing her black lab, “Cody” and earning her pilots license. She found mowing the yard on the tractor enjoyable. For the past 7 years Terry suffered from “frontal temporal dementia” and was bedridden for the past 3 years.

Theresa asked for no services. Memorials may be made to Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, or Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty Street, both in Meadville, PA 16335.

A special thanks to Dori, Audra, Kathy, Tina and Tanya of Hospice for their help during the past 3 years. Love you guys; And to my sister in law, Linda whose stuck with us and helped the last 3 years.
