Tricia L. Rockwell, 47, of Meadville, passed away Friday, May 24, 2024, at home.
Tricia was born in Greenville, on January 8, 1977, a daughter of Patricia (Smith) Rockwell and the late Russell Rockwell, Jr.
Tricia was a 1995 graduate of Saegertown High School and furthered her education by graduating from Edinboro University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Counseling. Over the years she had worked as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor in the Meadville area. While growing up she attended Hamlin Chapel with her family. She had a great appreciation for art, music, enjoyed watching Law and Order SVU and Roseanne. Tricia was fondly known as Aunt Dee Dee by her niece and nephews, Her greatest title was mom and grandma. The feeling she had when she was with her children and grandchild was the most rewarding. She loved attending their sporting events, especially baseball and the time they spent as a family. She will be missed.
Tricia is survived by three children Alexis Rockwell (Boyfriend Austin), DeMarcus Manning, Miley Manning; a granddaughter Amira Carson; her mother Patricia Rockwell; brother Jamie Rockwell (Brenda), niece Abby, nephews Ben and Andy; her fiancé Timothy Whitman all of Meadville; many lifelong friends who will miss her dearly.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 1, 2024, 11:00 AM, at Denny Cemetery, 14095 State Highway 98, Meadville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any of the One Federal Credit Unions C/O Jamie Rockwell to be used for DeMarcus and Miley's care and education.
