Veronika 'Vera' Rosemarie (Michalak) Croasmun

Veronika 'Vera' Rosemarie (Michalak) Croasmun, 81, of 31 N. Park Ave., Meadville, formerly of Springboro Country Apts., Springboro, passed away Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012 at Meadville Medical Center.
Vera was born in Erie on December 23, 1930, a daughter of the late Apolinary 'Paul' and Stella (Markiewicz) Michalak.
On June 5, 1956, Vera married Francis Edward Croasmun; he preceded her in death on January 16, 1981.
Vera was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was known as 'Gram' to all who loved her. She will be greatly missed.
Vera is survived by four daughters Diane Bland of Erie, Kathleen Brady, Donna Santana, Theresa Paris and her husband Dean, all of Springboro, two sons Frank Croasmun, Jr. and his wife Kathy, Brian Croasmun both of Springboro, 16 grandchildren Aileen Raber and her husband Andy, Shonna Hawkins and her husband Brian, Allen Brady III and his wife Megan, Heather Brady and her husband Jake Bevilheimer, Sommer Alexander, Harry Bland III and his wife Anita, Stephanie Bland, Jonathan Bland and his wife Sarah, Michael Brady and his wife Chanda, Sarah Kaiser and her husband Floyd, Ben Santana, Cheyenne Paris, Deana Paris, Joyana Croasmun, Andrew Croasmun and his wife Jennifer, Amy Croasmun, 29 great grandchildren Ashley and Silas Raber, Cheyenne, David, Hope and Caleb Hawkins, Hannah, Alex and Winston Brady, Nicole, Dustin and Carter Bevilheimer, Kayonna and Karlie Alexander, Isaiah, Aneleise, Evelyn and Solomon Bland, Thaddeus and Elizabeth Bland,Tristan, Sawyer and Conner Brady, Kyler, William and Zach Kaiser, Hazel and Lillianna Croasmun, three sisters Helen, Martha, Maryann, a brother Joe, many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and her husband Francis, Vera was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Vera Croasmun, a great granddaughter Ireland Rose Brady, four brothers Lenny, Chet, Paul and Frank Michalak.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 1-3 PM at Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville, where private services will follow. Interment will take place in Rundeltown Cemetery, Conneautville.
