Virginia M. Dressler

Virginia Marian Dressler, 89, passed away Saturday, May 10th, 2014 at home with her husband Sidney and nurse Tammy by her side.

Virginia was born in Cambridge, MA on May 19, 1924, a daughter of the late Chester and Hattie (Lawrence) MacInnis.

In June, 1952 she married Sidney Dressler; he survives.

After many years of service, Virginia retired from GE in Lynn, MA.

In addition to her husband, Sidney of 61 years, Virginia is survived by two sons Sidney Dressler, Steven Dressler and his wife Janet of Georgia, a brother Ray MacInnis and his wife Marlene, her personal care giver and close friend Tammy Keeno who was like a daughter to her.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by a sister Bea.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of family.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 404 Chestnut St., Meadville.
