Wilma J. Satterlee

Wilma Jean Satterlee, 83, of Saegertown, passed away February 23, 2021, at Crawford County Care Center.
 
Wilma was born in Dorset, OH, on July 4, 1937, a daughter of the late Leland and Dorothy (Rose) McCoy.
 
She had been married to Thomas Satterlee; he predeceased her on January 25, 2004.
 
She was a member of Saegertown United Methodist Church.
 
For more than 20 years Wilma had been employed by the Penncrest Pre-school in Saegertown.  She previously had been employed as a cook at the former Driesbach Restaurant and the Elks Club, both of Meadville.  She was a life member of the Hayfield Central Hose Company Auxiliary.  
 
Wilma is survived by two children David Satterlee of St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies, Steven Satterlee of Sewickley; three grandsons Michael Washburn, Matthew Washburn, Noah Satterlee; two sisters Susan Bland and Marion Tompkins both of Ashtabula, OH; a brother Norman McCoy of Perry, OH; several nieces and nephews.
 
In addition to her parents Wilma was preceded in death by a daughter Karen Washburn.
 
Due to Covid, services will be held at a future date, which will be announced.
 
Wilma will be laid to rest in Dorset Cemetery, Dorset, OH.
